Don Newton and Alfredo Alcala Detective Comics #520, Story Page 5 Original Art (DC Comics, 1982). The late Don Newton was one of the most underrated Bat-artists, and had a nice run on the title, but unfortunately died suddenly of a heart attack, making this some of his last published comic art. Alfredo Alcala's bold inks complement this supernatural tale. Created in ink over graphite on Bristol board, with an image area of 10" x 15". The page is slightly toned, signed by Don Newton on panel 4, 3 corners are cut out, there's a piece cut out of the top edge, staining, edge wear, and whiteout marks. In Very Good condition.
