    Curt Swan - Superman Daily Comic Strip Original Art (McClure Newspaper Syndicate, circa 1950s). The Man of Steel hurls a mystery sphere out of the Earth's atmosphere, and into orbit, in this powerful Superman daily from the 1950s. The strip is dated 3-19, although the exact year is unknown. DC's premiere Silver Age Superman artist, Curt Swan, demonstrates his finesse with the human physique, and the daily was rendered with a strong inking style and clear brush work, on carefully toned on Craft Tint paper. The image area of the strip measures 19.25" x 5.75". there is some slight discoloration along the edges, outside of the image area, otherwise the art is in Excellent condition.
