    Description

Curt Swan and Mike Esposito The Unexpected #113 Complete 9-Page Story "Tunnel of Fear!" Original Art (DC, 1969). The cover story by comic legends Swan and Esposito, this horror-suspense tale begs the question of whether a curse brought a tunnel ride's exhibits to life, or was it all hallucinations. The story was created in ink over graphite on Bristol boards with an image area of 10" x 15", with the last half page at 10" x 9.25". The toned boards have production holes and some trimming, Page 1 has a title paste-up losing adherence, and Pages 2 and 4 have production tape over stat text paste-ups in the bottom panels. Page 9 has a stripped-in third panel taped on the back after the glue lost adherence. Overall, in Excellent condition.
