Curt Swan and George Klein World's Finest Comics #151 Cover Original Art (DC, 1965). A fine (and often overlooked) example of the "Big Head" covers that a lot of DC's stars got in the Silver Age. Nothing says "smart" like an oversized cranium! The writer of the story "The Infinite Evolutions of Superman and Batman", Cary Bates, is also reportedly the person who designed this cover for Curt Swan to draw. Created twice-up scale in ink over graphite on DC/Sparta cover stock Bristol board with an image area of 12.5" x 18.5". The logo, cover header text, and CCA stamp are all stat paste-ups. The side cover blurb is a hand-lettered paste-up, as are the word balloons. The Congorilla blurb at the bottom of the page is a modern day replacement. The logo and some of the other paste-ups are coming loose. There is production tape on the cover elements, and some minor stains in places, as well as paste-up glue residue stains. In Very Good condition.
