Description

Warren Kremer - Original Cover Art for Hot Stuff #142 (Harvey, 1977). Harvey Cover King Warren Kremer contributes a funny fire-and-ice gag, as Hot Stuff allows nothing to get in the way of his skiing fun. A great image of the Hottest Devil in Town. The central figure of Hot Stuff is a stat that has been re-positioned closer to the tree (the actual original art is underneath), and there are some other pasted-in bits and considerable white-out to smooth out the re-formatting. Also comes with the original color guide, rendered in watercolor and crayon. Both measure roughly 9.5" x 13.25", with an image area of 6.5" x 10.5". There is a 1" tear at the bottom right corner that affects both the original art and the matte.
