Description
Todd McFarlane and Tom Morgan The Incredible Hulk #330 Cover Original Art (Marvel, 1987). This was the very first Marvel Comics cover by Todd McFarlane! He had already built up a fan-base with his work on DC's Infinity Inc., but his work with Marvel's not-so-jolly green giant would propel McFarlane into the top-tier of Marvel's artist stable. McFarlane's later work with Spider-Man would spawn an even higher profile image for the talented artist. This cover, featuring supporting characters Doc Samson and Thunderbolt Ross, was created in ink over graphite on DC Sparta Bristol board with an image area of 9.75" x 15". The corner box and logo are stat paste-ups. Production tape in the margins, some minor whiteout on the logo stat, and a notch out of one side margin.
