Description
Steve Rude Crossroads #1 Cover Painting Jon Sable Original Art (First, 1988). First Comics published a wide range of creator-owned characters. In 1988, they asked several creators to collaborate on a 5-issue mini-series that would cross-over several characters through one story. Steve Rude (of Nexus) provided the fully painted covers. Here we have the cover for issue #1, which features Mike Grell's Jon Sable, Freelance character, with Steven Grant's Whisper. The image area of the matted oil painting measures 15" x 22.5".
