Sean Gordon Murphy Batman / Spawn #1 Variant Cover Original Art (DC, 2023). High above the city, two heroes shaped by tragedy cross paths once more on this dramatic, shadow-soaked cover by modern master Sean Murphy. Batman and Spawn first collided back in 1994, and fans waited nearly three decades for their rematch. This blockbuster intercompany one-shot finally delivered, reuniting Todd McFarlane and Greg Capullo for a long-awaited return to one of comics' most iconic crossovers. Ink, wash, and white paint over graphite on Bristol board with an image area of 7.75" x 11.5". Batman's left leg is an art paste-up, clear tape over his right hand, smudging, and whiteout touch-ups. Signed and dated by Murphy in the lower right margin, and signed again in the center left image area. In Excellent condition.More information about Sean Gordon Murphy.
