Description
Russ Jones Monster World #1 Cover Painting Original Art (Warren, 1964). A Lon Chaney Wolfman cover image by Russ Jones graced the first issue of this magazine series that only ran for 10 issues. The cover was created in oil on 15" x 20" Bristol board affixed to a larger illustration board with an extended image area of 16.5" x 22.5". The illustration board is toned, with glue residue and stains in the margins from a previous frame job. In Good condition.More Information: EDIT: Russ Jones has been identified as the artist.
