Rodney Ramos and Armando Gil The Toxic Avenger #2 Cover Original Art (Marvel, 1991). "Melvin was a 90-pound weakling until nuclear waste transformed him into -- the Toxic Avenger." The first super hero -- from New Jersey -- stars in his second Marvel yarn, "Apocalypse, Inc.," with this macabre "monster-piece."
