Richard Hescox The Demon Lord Original Cover Art (DAW Books, 1986). A stunning large-scale attack scene, commissioned for Peter Morwood's second novel of the hit trilogy, The Alban Saga. Accompanied by a cover tearsheet -- the published version contains a flopped (mirror-image) reproduction, with notably different color-values (redder than Hescox' blue-heavy palette).
