    Description

Rich Buckler and Jack Abel Kamandi, the Last Boy on Earth #51 Cover Original Art (DC, 1977). Ok, so maybe he's not the last boy on Earth... no, wait, that's a robot named Kamarni. An exciting cover from the later days of this Jack Kirby-created post-apocalypse title. Created in ink over graphite on Bristol board with an image area of 9.75" x 15". Signed by Rich Buckler in the lower margin. The DC bullet, logo, and all header info are all stat paste-ups. The word balloon is a hand-lettered paste-up. The art is signed by the artists in the middle right of the image area. The toned cover is in Very Good condition.
