Rich Buckler and Frank Springer Black Lightning #2 Cover Original Art (DC, 1977). Lightning strikes twice in this cover to the sensational second issue of Black Lightning penciled by Rich Buckler and inked by Frank Springer. The art has an image area of 10" x 15" and it includes its original logo, and title type paste-up copy. There is some light paper tanning and soiling; otherwise the work is in Very Good condition.
