Philip Tan Venom Unused Variant Cover Pencils Original Art (2023). "We are Venom." And this one doesn't whisper it, it snarls. Philip Tan delivers everything you want from a Venom image: hulking menace, slobbering grin, jagged teeth, and that predatory perch that makes you feel like prey. It's a cover that practically crawls off the wall and into your space. Created for the 2021 Venom series Tan was providing covers for, this piece ultimately went unused -- a head-scratcher, because it checks every symbiote box and then some. Rendered in graphite on Bristol board with an image area of 10" x 15". Signed and dated by Tan in the lower center image area. In Excellent condition.More information about Philip Tan.
