Paul Ryan and Tom Palmer The Avengers #328 Cover Original Art (Marvel Comics, 1991). The menacing figure of the hero known as Rage towers over this striking design, which shows considerably more detail than could be seen in the published version, thanks to the absence of color here. Also pictured are She-Hulk, Thor, Iron Man, Captain America, and Sersi, along with Rage's civilian self (foreground). Ink over graphite on bright white Marvel-brand Bristol board.
