Description
Nick Cardy Superboy #187 Unpublished Cover Original Art (DC, 1972). This alternate take seems to be an almost half-step between the covers for issue #186 and #187 (both by Nick Cardy). The top margin of this board is noted 186, so it may have been originally intended for that issue. Ink over graphite on Bristol board with an image area of 10" x 15". The logo and other header dressing are modern day re-creations on an acetate overlay. Signed by Cardy in the lower margin. In Excellent condition.More information about Nick Cardy.
