DescriptionMurphy Anderson Strange Adventures #236 Cover Original Art (DC, 1972). DC fans take note, this is only the second "pure" Murphy Anderson vintage cover Heritage has offered to date. Although this issue is designated as #234 on the cover art, it was actually used on issue #236. Murphy Anderson is one of the most respected Silver and Bronze Age artists. Here he recreates, in stunning fashion, the eye-catching cover hook for the 1955 Ed Herron sci-fi classic, "The Human Fishbowl." This piece has an image area of 10" x 15", and aside from some aged paste-on elements, the art is in Excellent condition. Signed by Murphy Anderson at the upper left, and DC editor Julius Schwartz at the lower right.
