Milton Glaser Time Magazine Cover Proposal Original Art (Push Pin Studios, 1969). Glaser, one of the more accomplished pop-art designers, pitched this hip panorama as a fold-out cover for a California-themed issue of Time. The lively montage was passed over in favor of Glaser's similarly concerned vertical (non-fold-out) design, which appeared on the 11-7-69 issue. Watercolors on textured stock.
