Mike Zeck and John Beatty - Original Cover Art for G. I. Joe #37 (Marvel, 1984). Set against the panorama of the big top, G. I. Joe Flint jumps off a mini tank towards Xamot, who is standing at the top of a loop, planning to shoot the Joes as they drive by. Mike Zeck and John Beatty open fire with this incredible Joe cover and all the details are there, down to the last bolt in the tread of the tank. This is also the first appearance of the G. I. Joe mini-tank. The overall size is 11" x 17" with a 9.75" x 15" image area. The art is clean, with only the slightest bit of aging showing over the entire piece, and some slight staining along the extreme left edge. Includes the original logo and indicia paste-ups.
