Description

Mike Mignola Alpha Flight #34 Wolverine Cover Original Art (Marvel, 1986). Vindicator (Heather Hudson) and Wolverine battle Lady Deathstrike's samurai on this first cover appearance of Deathstrike -- a villain from Wolverine's past that not only reveals her origin, but her and her family's links to adamantium, the indestructible metal that is bonded to the clawed X-Man's bones. A classic Mignola cover from "Honor", the second of a two-part Wolverine guest-appearance in Alpha Flight, which is highly regarded by fans of Marvel's mutant titles! Ink over graphite on Marvel cover stock Bristol board with an image area of 9.75" x 15". Stat logo/header on acetate overlay taped at the top. Tape in the margins and staple holes in the top/bottom margins, red keylines, with light handling wear. Signed by Mignola in the bottom right image area and bottom margin. In Very Good condition.
