Michael Golden The 'Nam #42 Original Cover Art (Marvel, 1990). This powerful cover image with its unusual composition shows you why Golden was revered not just among fans but also among his fellow artists. Golden was a prolific cover artist, but collectors seldom seem to want to part with his work, and we don't blame them! This Vietnam War title was unlike anything else on the stands, and Golden used a style appropriate for the subject matter. Signed in the bottom margin. Ink over graphite on Bristol board with an image area of 9.75" x 15". An overlay has the logo elements and word balloon which are both recent replacements.
