Max Kirby Peter Parker: Spider-Man #89 Variant Cover Original Art (Marvel, 1998). Part of a set of four variant covers that ran one-each on the four Spider-Man related titles in the month of March. As this piece is signed "Kirby 1997", and the bottom of the page identifies the artist as "Production Guy", it appears it was created by Marvel Bullpen production artist Max Kirby. Most likely from an original John Romita Sr./Klaus Janson source. The image is ink over graphite on bright white 11" x 17" Marvel Bristol board. Parker's head measures 11" tall. In Excellent condition.
