    Marie Severin and Joe Rubinstein Daredevil #65 Preliminary Cover and Cover Re-creation Original Art Group of 2 (Marvel Comics, 1970/2007). Severin's gorgeous pencils grace this preliminary cover art, complete with original title paste-up. The printed cover with inks by Joe Sinnott added an unconscious Karen Page in the lower right. Also included is a fantastic specialty cover re-creation by Joe Rubinstein created from printed blue lines of Severin's work. Prelim created in graphite, ink, and blue pencils on Bristol board with image area of 9.75" x 12.5" and the recreation is ink over printed blue lines with an image area of 10" x 15". There is light toning and smudging, soft handling and edge wear, and small spots of adhesive residue on the original Severin page, and it is in Very Good condition. The re-creation is signed and inscribed by Rubinstein in the lower left, and in Excellent condition.
