    Description

Marie Severin and Bill Everett Marvel Tales #28 Spider-Man Cover Original Art (Marvel, 1970). Marie Severin's cover drawing for Marvel Tales #28 reprises one of the most dramatic battles in Spider-Man's early life (originally printed in Amazing Spider-Man #35), "The Molten Man Regrets." Two titans of comic art teamed to create this Bronze Age Marvel masterwork, and what could be finer than a Spider-Man cover scene delineated by legendary Marvel pioneer, Bill Everett? This sensational show-stopper has an image area of 10" x 15" and it includes the original logo and masthead art. Aside from some scattered stains, and a missing caption box at the lower right, the art is in Very Good condition.
