Keith Pollard and Al Williamson The Marvel Saga the Official History of the Marvel Universe #10 Wraparound Cover Original Art (Marvel, 1986). Nearly every major Marvel Silver Age hero is featured on this wraparound cover from the series that tells the origins of the Marvel Universe. The X-Men and Avengers star on the front as their classic first issue covers are re-created, with Spider-Man, the Fantastic Four, and Dr. Strange appearing on the back cover with some of their deadliest villains, including Sandman, Dr. Doom, and Baron Mordo. Classic scenes pulled from beloved Marvel comics and re-created for this striking illustration rendered in ink and dot halftone over graphite and blue pencil on Bristol board with an image area of 19" x 15", matted and glass-front framed to 23.25" x 19". Toning, stat logo/header, Marvel Girl portrait art, and text paste-ups, black line paste-up separating the front and back covers, whiteout corrections, with rippling and adhesive staining.
