Keith Birdsong Star Trek #49 "Pandora Principle" Paperback Novel Cover Painting Spock and Saavik Original Art (Pocket Books, 1990). Commander Spock and his protege, a young cadet named Saavik (who would go on to become Lt. Saavik seen in the movie Search for Spock), are featured on this bold and beautiful cover by the always-amazing Keith Birdsong. This one is huge and impressive, with an image area of 24" x 37". It is produced with his specific method using acrylic paint and color pencils, and is signed and dated in the lower right image area. In Excellent condition.More information about Keith Birdsong.
