Description
Juan José Ryp Black Summer Alpha Cover Original Art (Avatar Press, 2007). This cover was created specially for the release of Black Summer Alpha, which collected Black Summer #0-1. Juan José Ryp, who provided covers and interior art for the full run of Warren Ellis's dark superhero miniseries, was the obvious choice to create a new cover for this "Alpha" issue. Ryp is no stranger to Avatar Press, having contributed to various series including Frank Miller's Robocop and No Hero. Crafted in ink and marker over graphite on art paper with an image area of 10.25" x 15.75". Signed by Ryp in the right side margin. In Excellent condition.More information about Juan José Ryp.
