Jose Maria Miralles Mystery House Cover Original Art (Bastei, undated). Spanish artist Jose Maria Miralles again puts his great talent to good use in describing eerie, mysterious atmospheres. This classic depiction of a woman fleeing an unseen danger was probably created as a cover for a pulp/mystery novel from German publisher Bastei. The painting is rendered in mixed media on a rigid Schoeller Parole board with an image area of 9.75" x 14". Signed in the lower right area of the art.
