Description

John Totleben Miracleman #15 Cover Original Art (Eclipse, 1988). Kid Miracleman's bloody rage causes the destruction of London and thousands of brutal, horrible deaths, in this incredible cover to one of the most infamous comic books of the 1980s. Alan Moore scripted the series, which was a continuation of the original British stories featured in Warrior, which were themselves a continuing of the Fawcett Captain Marvel Adventures. How an innocent, wholesome comic book starring a hero like the Big Red Cheese evolved into what has become known as perhaps the most violent comic book series ever has taken on legendary status, and it all came to a bloody head with issue 15. The art has an image area of 10" x 15", and is in Excellent condition. The comic book was tough to find due to the graphic nature of the storyline, and took considerable searching to find; for the ultimate fan of this series, this cover art represents the holy grail.
