DescriptionJohn Romita Sr. and John Buscema - Conan the Barbarian #58 Cover Original Art (Marvel, 1976). Conan faces off against Belit, Queen of the Black Coast. Working from a John Buscema design, John Romita Sr. inked this cover image directly onto translucent vellum paper, so there are no signs of Buscema's under-penciling on the art. There are no title logos or type stats on the art, and it is very clean. The vellum paper is a cream color. Romita has signed the art in the lower border of the vellum. The image area measures 10" x 14", and the art comes with a copy of the comic book. The piece is in Excellent condition. Romita is in full command of his lush inking style on this gorgeous Bronze Age Conan cover.
