John M. Burns Modesty Blaise #7 The Iron God Cover Painting Original Art (Titan, 1989). An exciting Island-themed cover created for a reprint book that collects the newspaper strip arcs "The Wicked Games" and "The Iron God". Created edge-to-edge in gouache over graphite on 16.5" x 22" illustration board. The two rows of "Tiki" masks are printed paste-up that has been painted.
