Description
John Cassaday Astonishing X-Men V3#4 Variant Cover Colossus Original Art (Marvel, 2004). Although it has been labeled as a "2nd Printing" in the top margin, this was actually the variant cover art that was released at the same time as the regular "Beast cover" edition. It heralded the return of Colossus, who had previously been thought dead from curing the world's Mutant population of the Legacy Virus. John Cassaday burst onto the comic field from Dallas, TX in 1996 and has a long list of impressive credits since then. This close-up of the metal mutant is produced in ink over graphite, on Bristol board, with an image area of 10" x 15". In Excellent condition.
