John Byrne Fantastic Four #266 Cover Original Art (Marvel, 1984). Controlled by Karisma to kill the Invisible Woman, the Thing stalks his fallen teammate and closes in to deal the finishing blow on this shocking cover featuring two of the four members of the FF. Byrne covers are always in high demand, and this cover was created by the legendary artist at his peak! Ink over graphite on Bristol board with an image area of 10.5" x 15.5". Slight toning, reproduction stat logo/header, UPC box, and text paste-ups on acetate overlays taped at the top and on the left side, notes in the top margin, with light soiling and handling wear.
