Description
John Buscema and Joe Sinnott Thor #182 Cover Doctor Doom Original Art (Marvel, 1970). Thor sees the face of Doom! But Doom has no need for Thor, he just requires the skills of Thor's alter ego, Dr. Donald Blake, to fix his newly disfigured face. A dramatic cover which was slightly altered for printing, with text added and artwork extended, most likely with the use of a production stat. Ink over graphite and blue pencil on cover stock Bristol board, with an image area of 10" x 15". Slight toning, stat logo/header paste-up, creasing, with oil staining, and handling wear.
