Joe Kubert Our Army At War #252 Sgt. Rock Cover Original Art (DC, 1972). Joe Kubert war-comic covers are in high demand, with Sgt. Rock covers even more so. This cover features the titular character from the Robert Kanigher story "The Iron Hand!" Created in ink over graphite on Sparta Bristol board with an image area of 10" x 15". The entire masthead is a stat paste-up. Signed by Kubert in the middle left side. Slight toning, whiteout touch-ups, with light staining and handling wear.
