Jim Mooney Batman #43 Cover Recreation Original Art (1998). Jim Mooney re-creates his own cover (originally inked by Ray Burnley) from a 1947 issue of Batman. Pirates usually prefer Parrots to Penguins, but Batman and Robin are on hand to swash his buckle for him. Created in ink and opaque watercolor over graphite and blue pencil on illustration board with an image area of 14.75" x 20". The logo is a paste-up original art piece created on paper. In Excellent condition.
