DescriptionJim Lee Batman: Hush Unwrapped Cover Original Art (DC, 2010). It's easy to see that "Hush" was a major story for the Batman franchise. It forced the Caped Crusader to use all of his detective skills to ferret out the identity of the mysterious person wreaking havoc in his life, pitting him against his most notorious villains, as the person known only as "Hush" drew them all into a web of conflict. The fact that the series featured some amazing artwork by Jim Lee obviously did not hurt either! The art was so awesome that DC produced Batman: Hush Unwrapped, a hardback collection of the entire storyline, all in black and white, to better showcase the art itself. Jim Lee supplied an original pencil art cover for the edition. This is that cover. The detail is amazing. Graphite on very white DC Bristol board with an image area of 11.5" x 17". Double Bonus: it's signed by Jim Lee at the bottom, and the backside has a loose sketch of Superman as well (see it at HA.com). In Excellent condition. From the Personal Collection of Jim Lee.
