Jim Lee and Scott Williams Fantastic Four #3 Cover Original Art (Marvel, 1997). Jim Lee left Marvel in 1992, at the top of his game, to form Image Comics. He returned to the House of Ideas in 1996 to participate in the reboot of Marvel's first family, the Fantastic Four! The project, called "Heroes Reborn", allowed Lee to bring his trademark style back to where it was honed, unleashing his dynamic visuals on some of Marvel's most popular characters. This cover not only features the Thing and Invisible Woman from the cosmic super team, but also features heavyweights Captain America and Thor, ready to put a beatdown on Namor, the Sub-Mariner! Created in ink over graphite on Image Comics Bristol board with an image area of 10.25" x 15.5". Signed by both artists in the image area, as well as in the bottom margin, with the iconic signature of the great Stan Lee! In Excellent condition.More information about Jim Lee.
