The brilliant Jay Anacleto delivers his take on Batgirl for an issue of the DCeased series, where a techno-virus pandemic turns its victims into raging monsters. Batgirl appears battle-worn yet resolute, ready to face the next fight. Anacleto's mastery of graphite pencil work is breathtaking, with tension heightened by the torrential rain cascading over the heroine. Beautiful artwork rendered in pure graphite on Bristol board with an image area of 9.5" x 14.25". Signed in the lower right corner. Another Bristol board accompanies the lot, featuring an alternate version of Batgirl's face as well as the zombie faces in the background of the cover, all rendered in pure graphite, with an image area of 9.5" x 12".
