Jason Shawn Alexander Spawn #300 Variant Cover Painting Original Art (Image, 2019). One of the first wave of titles released by Image Comics in 1992 was Todd McFarlane's Spawn. A full 27 years later, the comic was still going strong! This variant cover for the epic 300th issue is appropriately big as well. It was created in an oil and collage mixed media format on 36" x 48" stretched canvas. The paint is thick and textured, and some of the collage piece have edges not adhered to the canvas.
