Description
Jamie Hewlett Deadline Magazine #33 Tank Girl Cover Painting Original Art (Deadline Publications, 1991). The many faces of Tank Girl are examined on this montage cover piece. The background on 9.75" x 13" image area was created with a series of printed portrait pieces affixed to a Bristol board backing. This was topped with a hand-painted image of Tank Girl by Jamie Hewlett. The hand-painted piece is trimmed to the image area and measures 7.5' x 8.5". The board is lightly toned and in Excellent condition. Also includes a copy of the published magazine, in Very Good condition.From the Mark Cox Archives.
