Description
Herb Trimpe and Joe Rubinstein Defenders #70 Cover Original Art (Marvel, 1979). The Defenders face a defeated Lunatik... but he's not alone! In this issue, the team consists of Nighthawk, Valkyrie, the Hulk, Doctor Strange, and Hellcat. Created in ink and Zipatone over graphite on Bristol board with an image area of 9.75" x 15". The corner box and logo are stat paste-ups. The corner box is held on by a replacement photocopy of the price blurb. The top masthead banner is missing, leaving glue residue. Also missing are the word balloons "Stop, Hulk! Lunatik is finished!" and "Wrong, Dr. Strange!" The board is toned and in Good condition.More information about Herb Trimpe.
