Herb Trimpe and Frank Giacoia Mighty World of Marvel #57 Cover Original Art (Marvel UK, 1973). Herb Trimpe is one of the artists most closely associated with our jade-jawed giant, the incredible Hulk. This all-new cover, signed by Trimpe in the bottom margin, was created for a reprint of the story from Incredible Hulk #108 and is a re-working of the splash page from that issue. This cover is produced in ink over blue pencil on Bristol board with an image area of 10" x 14". Although noted as for issue #56 ("Oct. 27, 1973") it was pushed back a week and actually appeared as issue #57 on November 3rd, 1973. All other text on the cover is paste-up. There is glue residue, a missing top and bottom paste-up, and overall tanning. There is also handling, and a production oil stain in the top right corner.
