Description
Harvey Kurtzman Two-Fisted Tales #27 Cover Original Art (EC, 1952). EC Comics were known for their Horror, Crime, and War comics. This is a great example of both the stunning talent of legendary artist Harvey Kurtzman, but also of the kind of excitement and danger EC imbued into their war titles. Created in brush ink and red ink key lines with white paint effects over graphite, this beauty has an image area of 13.5" x 19.25". It is tanned with handling and glue residue. There is a 2.5" rip in the original vintage logo paste-up and three elements of paste-up appear to be replacements. Overall in Very Good condition.
