Description

Graham Ingels (as "Ghastly") Haunt of Fear #27 Cover Original Art (EC, 1954). This big, bold cover is one of the relatively few that "Ghastly" Graham Ingles produced that covered the entire lower image area. That included the left side where the paste-up stats of the three Ghoul Lunatics would be (now missing). There are modern replacement stats (created from scans of the original Ghoul Lunatic artwork) included with this piece of art that the purchaser could affix there, if so desired. Created twice-up scale in ink over graphite on Bristol board with an image area of 13.5" x 19.75". The entire masthead is one large paste-up stat. This stat has creases and a small rip on the right side. The board is toned with glue residue where the stats along the left side once were. In Very Good condition.
