    Glenn Fabry Preacher #1 Cover Recreation Painting Original Art (2011). If you're wondering why original Preacher covers are never seen offered for sale, it's because all (except #1) are already in the hands of a single private collector. Artist Glenn Fabry will do commission recreations of covers, such as this one. However, he reportedly will only do a single recreation of any given cover, so assuming that policy continues, this will be your only chance to own even the recreation of the fantastic first issue. If you have read Preacher, or if you have watched the first season on AMC, then you know just exactly how freaking awesome the story is. The original version of this image graced the first issue of Garth Ennis' mind-melting story that involved a burnt-out Preacher, Angels, Demons, Vampires, and an undead Gunslinger. Mixed media on 12" x 15.75" illustration board. Signed and dated 2011 in the lower right, it is in Excellent condition. Preacher Season Two returns to the AMC Channel in 2017.
