    Description

Gil Kane Warlock #3 Cover Original Art (Marvel, 1972). With hints in the Marvel movie Guardians of the Galaxy, and the Thanos/Infinity Gauntlet story coming, it is possible that Adam Warlock may yet make a silver screen appearance. Gil Kane is one of the three major artists most closely associated with this fantastic Lee-Kirby created character. The cover is signed by Kane's iconic "GK" in the lower right and produced in ink over graphite on Bristol board with an image area of 10" x 15". All text is paste-up and some is very loose. There is slight glue residue and production tape in places, and overall slight tanning, otherwise in Excellent condition.
