DescriptionGil Kane The Flash #197 Cover Original (DC, 1970). Kane provided both pencils and inks for this dramatic scene. As was the case now and then with DC, this exact scene wasn't seen in the story, but it's symbolic of a yarn that has one of Barry Allen's police colleagues getting suspicious. This piece has an image area of 10" x 15". There's a piece of tape on the back and tape repair to the word balloon, and a couple of stat elements are missing. The art is in Very Good condition. An incomplete copy of the printed comic is included with the lot.
