Gil Kane Marvel Team-Up #26 Cover Human Torch and Thor Original Art (Marvel, 1974). Once a year, Spider-Man would get a month off and his buddy the Human Torch (of Fantastic Four fame) would take over the title. In keeping with the Team-Up spirit, he is paired with the Norse God of Thunder. Fire and lightning... all in a Len Wein story titled "The Fire This Time". The cover was created in ink over graphite on Bristol board with an image area of 10" x 15". The logo and all masthead text are created in combinations of printed and stat paste-ups. There are missing cover captions, leaving glue residue in the wake. The cover art also has production oil stains in places, and the header paste-ups have discolored. The side margins have been taped off with green electrical tape. In Good condition.
