Gil Kane and Joe Sinnott Ghost Rider #2 Cover Original Art (Marvel, 1973). Is this the first full appearance of Satan on a Marvel cover? It definitely is if Mephisto and Satan count as two different characters. Whether you think they do or don't, this is a spectacular early cover of a title that ran for a decade. Witch-Woman also appears here. Ink over graphite on Bristol board with an image area of 10" x 15". Staining and ink smudging on the edges, edge wear and an edge crease, and whiteout corrections on the motorcycle. Very Good condition.More information about Gil Kane.
